Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Urban Whisk. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

You have 5 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your product must be uneaten and in the same condition you received it in the original packaging. You must have your receipt of purchase.

Refund

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and let you know what we find on inspection. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original form of payment.

Shipping

If the return is due to change of mind you are responsible for your own shipping cost in returning the item.
