All Products made by Urban Whisk are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Ingredients
All cookies, fillings, and icings may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts, or other allergens. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform Urban Whisk prior to the confirmation of their order, of any allergy/intolerance issues. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform their guests of all allergy/intolerance information, and accordingly, the Supplier will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from the consumption of the cake.
All special dietary products are NOT guaranteed suitable for allergies, and are suitable for intolerances only. We do offer Gluten/Dairy free products but please note if you suffer a severe allergy they won't be suitable for Coelicas or any other person suffering a chronic condition as the kitchen is contaminated with Gluten and Dairy. We don't have a separate area to guarantee 100% safety. Over time this will definitely change as Im so aware of how hard it is to live with food allergies. Until I get my new kitchen though this is our policy.
Orders
Here at Urban Whisk, we take orders daily but processing time is between Thursday and Wednesday. For large platters or orders, we will need 5 days' notice to make your deadline as we are continually booked in advance. We will, however, endeavor, where availability permits, to accept short notice of all orders.
We do our best to make your order as you wish. If you see something and ask for it to be replicated, please note I didn't create the original work you saw. I will do my best to replicate it for you.
We generally do not require a deposit. We won't start making your order unless full payment is made.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Where Urban Whisk cancels the booking due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects the ability to deliver the ordered Product, the full amount will be refunded within five (5) days of notification to the Customer. The deposit will be refunded via your original payment method.
Delivery
Delivery will be carried out in a safe and appropriate manner. Once delivered to the customer and change of hands has been completed with the product in appropriate condition, it is then up to the Customer to store and care for the cake as per Urban Whisk instructions. If anything is to happen to the cake after this exchange, and deemed to be the fault of the customer through not following the instructions provided, Urban Whisk is not liable for any damages. A delivery date and time will be agreed upon by both parties, and if the customer is not at the location at this time and date, and Urban Whisk is not able to contact the customer, the product will be transported back with Urban Whisk and it will be the customer’s responsibility to collect the product at a time that suits Urban Whisk.
We offer Express Post Australia-wide on our cookies and courier delivery in and around Melbourne.
Publication
Urban Whisk reserves the right to use any image of a Product made by us for publication at a later date. Urban Whisk will not post any photos on social media or other platforms until after your event has taken place.
We may ask permission to use your images you take at the event. We will be respectful and not use any images of people that aren't comfortable showing their face. We will never use images you do not approve of.

Health/Allergen Product Information
Allergies & Special Dietary Requirements
Unless you have informed us of any dietary requirements, all products made by Urban Whisk contain gluten (wheat) and are made in an environment that handles all allergens.
We use egg and dairy products in all our food.
Gluten-free and Dairy-free products can be made on request and whilst every effort is made to keep these products separate, we cannot guarantee that these cakes will not contain trace amounts of these ingredients due to the nature of production.
Urban Whisk accepts no liability for customers suffering allergic reactions from eating our cakes. It is the customer’s responsibility to make Urban Whisk aware of any special dietary requirements that need to be accommodated in the making of their cake.
