Shipping policy

 Urban Whisk ships our sugar and 130 cookies Australia-wide.

Processing Time: Orders can be placed Thursday through Wednesday and will be shipped on Thursday. This allows the cookies to reach you on Friday using express post. If you would like your order for the next weekday please let me know and I can express ship as soon as its ready.

Tracking Information: Available on all orders as we only ship express post through Australia Post.

Domestic Shipping: $15 flat rate fee for all orders around Australia. You should receive your order within 1 to 2 days.

International Shipping: Unfortunately unavailable until we can guarantee quality control.

Courier Delivery: Available on all products in and around Melbourne. We can't guarantee a price until the day of delivery. We will endeavor to keep it to $1 per km via a certified courier.
